Title: The Flooding of Old Makatea

Description: Albert, Melten, Leimas and Isabelle share memories of the time when the old site of Makatea was flooded by waves. The images included in this bundle are photographs from the old village, matched with photographs of these places as they are now. There are also some images of the opening of the new village site uphill. The included PDF gives information on each photograph and the places and people pictured. This text was recorded in video and archived files are in mp4 video format and wav audio format. The eaf ELAN file contains only Bislama translation at this stage.
