Summary of the collection
English: This project documents the Inga language spoken in Santiago, Putumayo, Colombia. There are around 4095 people who identify as Inga, but only those of the generation older than 50 years speak the language. People between 30 and 50 years understand and speak the language sporadically, and people under 30 years old only partially understand the language.

Español: Este proyecto documenta la lengua inga de Santiago, Putumayo, Colombia. Hay alrededor de 4095 personas que se autoidentifican como Inga, pero solo la generación mayor de 50 años habla la lengua. Las personas que tienen entre 30 y 50 años la entienden y la hablan esporádicamente, y los menores de 30 la entienden solo parcialmente.
